The SOUTH GATE YOUTH FOOTBALL & CHEER organization is about to open their pre-season programs by offering a "free" youth football and cheer training & conditioning academy for youth. We are seeking student-athletes ages: 5-14 to come out and meet our Head Coaches and their staff and workout with us and learn what this sport activity is about. Our Academy is planned to provide potential players and cheerleaders the kind of physical activity required in the sport of youth football and cheerleading. 

REGISTRATION will open for returners and for those interested in becoming a youth football player or cheerleader in our programs. Registration will require the approval of the Head Coach. PLEASE BE ADVISED...
Because we expect rain during this first week of our Academy, please know if it should rain anytime in the afternoon of the scheduled Academy, it will be postponed until the next Academy Date. 

The Academy will run every TUESDAY & THURSDAY evening, 6pm-7pm (initially, until daylights savings catches up and we will then work up to 1-1/2 hours).
